Dear Member of Dentistry @ the 10 Community,
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over
the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While
many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your
visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe
and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to
keep patients and staff safe.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA),
the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA). We have been following the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date
on new rulings that have been issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are
current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
– Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be
asked those same questions again when you are in the office. We ask that you wear a mask into
the office, if you have one. We will also be checking your temperature.
– We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find
some as you exit the office.
– You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, since those items are difficult
to clean and disinfect.
– Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean
that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
– We have installed new equipment to create the most sterile environment possible! Air purifiers
that use UV light to kill viruses and new equipment in each room that captures 98% of aerosol
created during treatment.
– There is a new fee to cover the increased cost of the PPE, OHSA protocols and equipment
applied to each visit. Many insurance companies are covering this expense.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the
steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call
our office at (541) 485-1131 or send an email to [email protected].
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our
patients, neighbors and friends.

High-quality dental care in Eugene, OR
We love Dr Molly and her staff. A bright and cheery office, professional and friendly staff. They use the latest in dental technology for the best experience and most thorough care.
I have been going to Dr. Molly for years. I frequently get comments on how nice my teeth look thanks to her artistry.
This is the classiest and most professional dental office we've ever visited. For the first time, I'm getting my whole family on track to better oral health. Dr. Molly and her staff make it the most pleasant experience and thoroughly address all our specific needs.
Holly McNeill Campbell
Fantastic office of caring, professional people. I am so happy with my care since moving to this practice three years ago!
An office and experience designed for you, first.
You’re likely to hear some laughter around our office. We enjoy our jobs, we enjoy getting to know you, and we like to make your visit about more than cleaning your teeth, replacing a filling, or fitting you for bleaching trays. Patients seem to love our signature friendly style. So, we think there’s a pretty clear reason why we were named among the “Best of Eugene” for dentistry in the Register-Guard Readers’ Choice Awards, even before we upgraded our facility, technology, and patient experience.
Our dentist office was designed and built with you in mind. From our convenient location on Coburg Road at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, to high-tech, ergonomically designed stations that benefit both patients and staff, our friendly and relaxing environment has been designed to enhance your health, make your appointments more efficient, and put you at ease. And if we can make you smile while you’re here then we’ve truly done our job–in more ways than one.
